Salmat’s Call Connect is a voice enabled auto call attendant that connects all incoming calls directly to the requested staff member or department immediately, with no hold time.
A choice of desk, mobile or voice message is optioned to the caller for requested staff. All messages are immediately emailed to the staff member if they are unavailable to receive the call, to action as quickly as possible.
Calls are connected directly to department members or customer service agents assigned to receive departmental service calls. All internal calls are transferred by ‘saying’ the person’s name or department.
The Call Connect system is friendly, quick, and effi cient, stepping the caller through the call allowing them either a direct connection or if the recipient is unavailable, the option to leave a message that is pushed to the caller to action as quickly as possible.
