Pizza Hut is the largest pizza chain in the world with more than 12,000 Pizza Hut Restaurants and delivery units operating worldwide.
The Pizza Hut contact centres handle over 160,000 calls per week, including in excess of 3,300 within a peak fifteen minute period starting from 6.15pm on a Friday night.
Pizza Hut initially engaged with Salmat with the aim of reducing the amount of talk time per call.
As well as achieving a reduction in the amount of time customers spent on the phone, Pizza Hut was able to provide a more compelling experience for their customers.
